JUDO: Team NLD Attends 2012 Judo Junior Olympic National Championships in TX

Team NLD was thrilled to bring the following competitors to the 2012 Judo Junior Olympic National Championships:

Jet Holder

Kate Holder

Alex Kubicki

Maddie Kubicki

This was our first time attending a National level judo competition.  With over 600 competitors pre-registered it was an exciting event.  More exciting was how our team performed!

4th Place - Jet Holder

We would also like to thank the parents for their support.  Thanks to the children who are practicing and working hard, whether they compete or not.  They help the competitive team get better and they are all improving.  Thanks to a great staff of coaches and head coach Randy Jones, and our organized judo moms.  Thanks to the Holder's and Kubicki's for helping with all details for our trip.

And special thanks to the Good Lord who blessed and protected us.  No injuries and all had fun and tried their best.  Great job Maddie, Alex, Jet, Kate, and Paulie...Special thanks to Angelea for being a great spirit leader!
